Terms of Agreement

Welcome to Clinton Lodge and Restaurant. By using our website and booking a room, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Room rates are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes or gratuities.
  2. A full payment is required to guarantee your booking reservation.
  3. Check-in time is at 12:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 PM.
  4. Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel rooms. A fee may apply for any evidence of smoking in the room.
  5. Pets are not allowed in the hotel rooms, with the exception of service animals.
Cancellation/Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our hotel for your upcoming stay. We understand that sometimes your plans may change, and you may need to cancel your reservation. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the check-in time, there will be 5% cancellation fee of the total booking amount in Ghana Cedi.
  2. If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the check-in time, the first night's room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.
  3. If you do not show up for your reservation and do not cancel it in advance, the entire booking amount will be charged as a no-show fee, and no refund will be issued.
